Uploading documents through the self-service portal can be done as follows:

1. Log in to Supabets.
2. Authenticate your account.
3. Go to the personal account and select the “FICA Upload” section.
4. Enter your Supabets account number.
5. Provide the phone number associated with your account.
6. Click the button to upload proof of identity and provide the necessary information.
7. Click the button to specify the address and upload the required document.
8. Check the box in the special window to confirm the authenticity of the submitted documents.
9. Click “Send” to submit the documents.

You must wait for a response from the bookmaker company when uploading documents via email. The notification will indicate the result of the verification. When using WhatsApp, don’t forget to mention your username in Supabets.

The bookmaker reserves the right to request additional documents if necessary. A selfie with the documents in hand may also be required.

Verification is necessary to control underage users and prevent fraud. Therefore, each bookmaker’s customer can have only one account. If a user has two or more accounts, verification will not be possible, and the personal accounts will be blocked along with the funds in them.

Login to My Account

Supabets login is available through a single method. Authorization takes less than a minute, and the process is as follows:
